The food was excellent, the staff friendly, the environment clean, and most importantly, transportation to the slopes is available. I highly recommend it!

We got great value and a nice walk into town; the food was great. The transfer bus into town was handy when carrying snowboards. The sauna was fun, and the rooms were nice and toasty. For what we paid it was great, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The hotel is a budget, well‑organised place in the Borovets area. It definitely needs renovation, but the price is absolutely VFM. The breakfast and dinner were very good, delicious and very well presented.
