The location and staff were good. The old and somewhat neglected outdoor seating areas were very stained and the upholstery was dirty.

Location and breakfast were fine. The front side rooms get noisy at night, especially on weekends, as drunk guests from nearby hotels hang around loudly.

The facility’s location is fantastic—right under the beach, with breakfast available and staff very attentive. Cleanliness could use a bit more attention; the bathroom areas need some renovation.
