Everything was super nice, comfortable, clean, with a wide breakfast selection and excellent service. The room lacked a full‑length mirror, and the eggs were too soggy.

The staff were generally friendly and the food was fine, but our departure on September 6 was deeply upsetting. Even though we had paid for the stay and all incidentals, the front desk employee wouldn’t open the parking gate for our family to leave, despite repeated requests. He first mentioned preparing an invoice, then checking the room. I got scared and called the police, and only when he heard me talking to them on speakerphone did he finally open the gate. This incident left us feeling unsafe and marred an otherwise enjoyable trip to Medellín; management needs to address how this was handled.
The room surpassed my expectations, it was very spacious.

Keep away from this hotel; the front desk employee Edison Rojas had a horrible attitude and denied me breakfast unless I paid extra. It’s the first hotel in Medellín that doesn’t include breakfast.
