“Ruim.”
The room lacked a mini‑fridge, a trash bin, and the door handle was loose. I couldn’t leave the room. The bed, cleaning, lack of a bathroom rug, lack of a mini‑fridge, and lack of a trash bin in the room were all issues.
“Falta de aseo”
The room wasn’t cleaned at all.
We were welcomed warmly, the room was comfortable and the location was excellent. Nothing to complain about; everything went smoothly.
The room’s air‑conditioning control didn’t work, so I couldn’t adjust the temperature or turn the unit off.
“Bom”
The cleaning was spot‑on and the breakfast was great, but the shower’s circuit breaker tripped after just 7 minutes. I usually finish my shower quickly and turn off the water, but because it was cold I kept the shower running to lather up or rinse shampoo, which was enough time to get through the bath in the chill.
