The spot is great, with a 7‑Eleven right below. The only gripe was the machine check‑in process.

The hotel’s location is spot on, and they cleaned our room every day, which was a first for us on this trip through Japan. The price is also very reasonable. The downside was that the reception staff didn’t speak English, making it hard to get anything sorted and they seemed unwilling to help. They offer a luggage transfer service between hotels, but we couldn’t use it because the receptionists were uncooperative and silent. We ended up dropping the bags at a 7‑Eleven where the staff were better. The facilities feel a bit dated, yet they’re kept in good condition.

The hotel is in an excellent location for the Dotonbori and Namba area (about a 15‑minute walk) and sits above a 7‑Eleven that’s always open. The room is small but fully Japanese‑style, equipped with pajamas, slippers, and every useful accessory. The street is noisy, but the room is very well sound‑proofed. The staff are super helpful and professional.
