The place was nice and welcoming, but unfortunately the B&B is on the top (attic) floor, so you have to climb 8 flights of stairs—no elevator, which is a shame. Our room was very basic and the TV (old model) didn't work. We decided not to call because we had already reported the wrong keys, and the response was rather annoyed. We won't return; we'll stay at a hotel as the owner suggested.

The location is very cozy, clean, and tidy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; the one with the balcony is beautiful, and lying on the balcony after a day out is priceless. The bathrooms are clean and fully equipped, and the owner provides a hair dryer and an iron for any need. There's also a breakfast corner with all the essentials—coffee, biscuits, slices, and jams. Leonardo is friendly, courteous, and ready to help with anything the guest needs; he checked in during the stay to make sure everything was fine. Top marks!

The room was comfortable, the surroundings were very clean, and the view was excellent. The house is only three minutes from the sanctuary. The owner was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend the place and will definitely come back.
