The location and cleanliness were good, yet the room that had been paid for via PIX was released late.

This hotel stay was marred by several issues, including a lack of basic amenities and a TV that did not match the room's price. The guest was disappointed with the hotel's overall quality and cleanliness.

The hotel's proximity to the airport was a major advantage, but the guest was disappointed with the quality of the room, which was not part of the hotel's main building.

Although the hotel and room were modern and comfortable, the check-in process was often lengthy and inconvenient, particularly for guests who had to wait for authorization from the property owner. This was especially problematic for business travelers who needed to receive a receipt for their expenses.
