The hotel lived up to all my expectations, with staff who were kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I appreciated the laundry service for a small extra fee, which was very convenient. Visiting in November–December during the low season meant most other rooms were empty, so my stay was especially quiet and peaceful, which I truly enjoyed. Breakfast was generally good and satisfying, and the welcome drink upon arrival was a thoughtful and nice touch. I would have liked a cleaner pool, so I didn't use it much, and the internet signal in the toilet was generally very weak.

The environment was lavish and greenish, with a nice pool and excellent hospitality. A few ants occasionally came into the room.

Una struttura senza dubbio la migliore in cui abbiamo alloggiato. La camera era molto spaziosa, dotata anche di divano e TV, perfetta per rilassarsi. La colazione veniva servita puntualmente all’orario concordato, in giardino, ed era davvero varia e abbondante. Molto apprezzato anche il drink di benvenuto. Il personale è stato sempre estremamente cordiale e disponibile, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento. L’unico piccolo aspetto da segnalare: il bagno aveva un’apertura, quindi durante la pioggia poteva entrare un po’ d’acqua, ma nel complesso non è stato un grosso problema e non ha influito negativamente sul soggiorno.

O lugar é lindo. Tivemos uma boa experiência no local. O quarto é confortável e amplo. Os funcionários são ótimos, muito gentis. Tivemos um problema com o chuveiro do banheiro mas logo foi resolvido, nos colocaram em outra acomodação. O Wi-Fi funciona bem. O café da manhã é simples e gostoso. Voltaria novamente ao local
