“I definitely recommend it.”

I think this was the best hotel during my two‑week stay in Greenland; the staff were helpful, the breakfasts were made with fresh ingredients, there’s an unpretentious restaurant that serves tasty food, the place was clean and cozy, and the location was great—just a few minutes from the harbor where boats leave for various excursions and the Arctic Umiaq Line ferry docks, 500 m to a supermarket and a bit further to a public bus stop.

Breakfast was delightful, offering a wide range of foods, tasty cereals, hot pastries, and warm fresh bread. The hotel is just outside the CBD, quiet at night, and close to the cruise terminal and water taxis. Cruise ship staff onshore had a comfortable lounge area for rest and relaxation—nice to see the Seamen's rest values still present. The carpet was a bit grubby and could use a steam clean, and we needed more coat hangers; the room only had four.
