The apartment is well‑situated, close to a market with essential groceries, has a kitchenette, fridge, and is clean, but a domestic smell lingered for three hours after we entered. The large bathroom with a window is a plus. The woman who greeted us was very rude, couldn’t even say “good morning,” and kept saying she didn’t understand and was writing in a translator. At 22:00 she made a fuss about the bikes we left on the mezzanine instead of the basement. The basement is reached by about 18 steep stairs, which I couldn’t manage to take the bikes up; we asked to leave them overnight because we were leaving early, but she yelled that we had to move them immediately. The apartment is small, the photos made it look larger, the wardrobe in the bathroom has shelves, one hanger, and although it looks renovated, the plaster on the walls is starting to peel. It feels like a residential building with some rooms for rent.
