I stayed right in the heart of Cole Val D'Elsa’s castle, and the spot was spot on—quiet, clean, and smack in the middle. The hostess was always ready and genuinely happy to help with anything.

The place is super tasty and freshly renovated. The hosts were sweet and helped with a bunch of practical questions—great service. Breakfast at the nearby café was cozy. I rode in on a bike 🚴 and there was space for it too 😀

“Excellent, and we may return one day”

The hosts welcomed us warmly and were helpful. The town itself was lovely, and the breakfast options were excellent. We couldn’t park outside, but we knew that would happen, so it didn’t bother us. As 70‑year‑olds, the walks down to the lower town and back were tough. A bit more info on bus or taxi availability would have helped, and the lift between the upper and lower town in Colle would have been handy.

“Perfecte locatie, fijne nieuwe kamer en aardige eigenaars”

Everything was top. The location in the old centre, the spacious room, plenty of free parking nearby, and not to forget the delicious breakfast with vouchers at Mario Barone. The owners were very friendly and helpful, just a pity we didn’t see them often. Nothing negative.
