The host was extremely friendly, the food excellent, and as a bonus a super friendly dog that melted us. This was the second time we stayed at Casa din Salcâmi and the third time we ate at the pension's restaurant.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth and hospitality, making us feel at home. The food was delicious, fresh, and carefully prepared with high‑quality local products. Breakfast is served at Pensiunea Subcetate, just 20 m away, a guesthouse owned by the same owners, with a à‑la‑carte restaurant. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished, providing all the comfort needed for a relaxing stay. The area around the pension is superb, perfect for relaxation, nature walks, and sightseeing. The heated pool offers free access to Pensiunea Subcetate. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with any information or need. I wholeheartedly recommend this pension to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and authentic stay, and we will definitely return.
