The hotel is in Silom. I was told I could check in at 1 pm, yet no staff were there until 2:15 pm or later, even after two calls. There was no elevator and I ended up on the 5th floor; the Wi‑Fi on that floor was a different network and no staff helped me get the correct code. The bath mat in my private room was filthy brown and disgusting. There was no water—neither bottled nor filtered tap—despite asking in both English and Thai, and I was laughed at. The toilet leaked, a big bar of used soap was left in the shower, and ugly curtains were tacked to the windows, blocking the view. The vibe felt off, with a lot of smoke outside the door, and this was supposed to be the best private room in the hotel.
The location is good and close to many places, but it’s on a middle‑sized street where the eyes of passersby can feel a bit unsettling; otherwise it was fine.
