location. I had to sleep with no shirt on for 2 nights!!! 1. The air cond did not work 2. requested for maintenance team but that did not work 3. Requested for change of room, that too fell on deaf ears 😵💫😡

The location was fine, but getting an iron was tough and the phone never answered, only once.

The place was spot on—just a 14‑minute walk to PI & GI, a friendly Gojek kiosk right in front, and a fantastic breakfast spread; room service was always prompt and tidy. The towels were a bit old, though.

The location is near to attractions places and the room is spacious. The wifi and internet line were quite slow. Staff said it because hotel having internet wifi problem for a while
