It was close to the attractions and dining spots, but there was no front office for check‑in—you had to drive to another location to check in.

The master room setup was decent and the bed was comfortable, yet the whole check‑in process was a hassle: I had to go from place to place before I could check in, and even though I was told early check‑in was approved, I couldn’t actually check in early.

I really liked everything about the property and its great location, but it isn’t the newest building and my granddaughter was disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed; the indoor pool worked fine. We were offered to use the outdoor pool at another site, but the drive made it a less attractive option.

The jacuzzi tub was unusable because the water was rust‑colored, and the couch and chair were worn with stained armrests; otherwise the room was clean and well arranged. It felt like they had a nice room but put a crappy couch and chair in it. The rusty water only showed up in the jacuzzi; showers, sinks, and toilet water looked fine.
