It was very clean and comfortable! Nothing to complain about.
The staff greeted me politely at any hour and answered every question right away. The only minor wish would be to have something like facial toner included in the amenities.
The room was spacious, functional, and comfortable—some might find it too plain, but I personally liked it. I stayed only one night, so I couldn't fully enjoy the hot spring and lounge services, which was a shame.
