The property is huge, very close to Marseille airport, and the breakfast is excellent (needs to be arranged with the owners). The electric gate remote controls don’t work, the low bed isn’t very comfortable, and the late check‑in surcharge is excessively high—especially since it’s charged per room instead of per group.
