The location, cleanliness & overall pleasant vibe were great. The sealant at the bottom of the shower was loose, so the floor got wet. Also, the temperature in the mini fridge wasn’t very cold. Aside from that, everything else was great!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the bed was comfy, and it was quiet compared to most hotels. The bar area is small and needs later bar hours.

The location is super convenient, right next to the metro, though the street itself isn’t pretty and looks a bit run-down. The furnishings are sleek and the hotel itself has a nice vibe. The only downside was that our double bed had just one nightstand. The bathroom isn’t a solid structure—everything is visible and audible because it’s not fully enclosed, with a sliding door left open above. The shower floor is flush and floods the room. The biggest issue was housekeeping: on our first night the room wasn’t cleaned; when they finally did, there were still my hair in the shower, the body‑wash dispenser was empty and wasn’t replaced, and my used shower capsule was still there. I’m not sure what to make of it; maybe it’s just New York standard.
