The location was superb, the room was huge, and the breakfast items were fresh. In the afternoon they always served a pastry with coffee or tea, which was delightful. Fernanda’s service was perfect—very attentive and available!

The room was spacious, with clean blankets and plenty of them, plus extra throws. The host was helpful, and the bathroom was roomy. Getting to the hotel and to the room was easy. However, the room was missing one trash can and a full‑length mirror; there was only one in the bathroom. The breakfast could have offered more choices.

The staff were good. The bathroom gets wet because of the shower enclosure.

The location was amazing, the setting very peaceful, the lodge beautiful, and the room was wonderfully decorated with plenty of space. The bathroom was excellent, the shower was great and the bath products were top quality. The bedding and towels were superb. Breakfast was very complete, with items prepared on the spot, and the lactose‑free and gluten‑free options were a wonderful surprise because they were delicious. Fernanda helped with everything you needed and we loved the vibe of the lodge. Nothing to complain about.
