“This is one of the nicest hotels in Grande Prairie.”

Our stay was marred by some maintenance issues, but the hotel's proximity to our destination was a major plus. While the hotel initially showed promise, it's now starting to show signs of wear and tear. The room's bathroom needed some repairs, and the hallway carpets were in disrepair.
The hotel staff were exceptional, but the hotel's security measures were put to the test when dealing with rowdy guests. The staff's professionalism and courtesy were truly impressive, but the situation with the intoxicated individuals in the elevator was concerning.
