The balcony view was lovely, and the hotel is within walking distance of the ferry and restaurants; the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the room was damp and humid, causing my husband to have an asthma attack. After showering, I walked to the bed to get dressed and found my feet dirty, so I had to wipe them clean again.

Michelle at the front desk went above and beyond to help us into a beautiful room with an amazing view! This place checks ALL the boxes! The breakfast served has everything from scrambled eggs and sliced ham to cold cereal, waffles, or muffins, fresh fruit and yogurt and was warm, fresh, and stayed filled. The Jacuzzi tub was so relaxing, when I found the timer behind the door lol The beach was beautiful and easy to access. All exceptional!

Very close to all the shops and especially the marina where you can take the ferry to Mackinac Island. The towels had a funny smell

I liked the location. The whirlpool in the room was broken, the balcony door was stuck, and the TV remote control was broken.

Nice breakfast, pool area and view from lake side rooms. The room needs updating and some maintenance
