“Une expérience inoubliable”

A must‑visit spot. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious. The staff were incredibly kind, the Riad is beautiful and full of charm. The rooftop terrace is perfect for meals. Luc, the manager, is very attentive. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We tried the hammam and massage inside the Riad – a pure escape and relaxation moment. Truly a wonderful place to recommend.

“Lovely start to an awful ending.”

The location and the experience of staying in a Riad were good, and the ladies working there were lovely, as was the night guard. The owner, a man named Rick who I think is French, was extremely passive‑aggressive. He took it upon himself to confront me, knowing we were two women, and started questioning my taxes and how I looked as a customer, calling me a liar in many words. Instead of admitting his mistake, he was disgusting and kept blaming us for the poor service. I had to address the issue with them. He was a nasty piece of work and felt superior to his staff and other guests. His poor staff were scared of him.

“Magnifique séjour à Marrakech au Riad Hilmuna”

Everything was perfect and matched our expectations exactly. The spacious, extremely clean, well‑equipped room, the authentic and pleasant Riad itself, the excellent and generous breakfast – all were great. Plus the exceptional welcome from Luc, the owner, Rihab, his assistant, and the whole team who worked with extreme kindness to make our vacation a success. Huge thanks to them. We’ll come back. It’s a certainty!
