“Perfect!”

The place was great—everything worked out perfectly and the breakfast was good. The surroundings still need development, but you don’t have to stay away to enjoy it. Nothing else to complain about; everything met my expectations.

Since it’s not peak season, the hotel isn’t crowded, clean, and airy. However, messages sent by text or email never received a reply; you have to call to get someone to listen.

Mai Phương and Hà at the front desk were incredibly attentive to my family. This was my second visit. The hotel is spacious, airy, and the pool is stunning. I’ll return for a third stay.

At the end of the stay, staff charged us for a “nouilles minutes” packet that had been left in the room because its protective plastic wrapper had a slight nick. We never touched the packet. The issue isn’t the cost, but the petty way they handled it, which is despicable for such an establishment.

The restaurant was awful, not worth a 5‑star hotel. The food and especially the service quality were worse than a street‑corner joint.
