The villa includes a terrace that looks out over the garden. Inside, the space offers a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchenware, a fireplace, a flat‑screen satellite TV and a washing machine, plus two separate bedrooms with three beds and a crib available for a total of five guests. A private bathroom provides a shower and a bidet.

Absolutely fantastic place. Very spacious and well equipped apartment. Nice property with lots of open space. Fantastic pool. Good wine made by the owners. Good location; close to a town with everything you need (bakery, supermarket, fantastic restaurant, .). Couldn't have chosen a better place for a few relaxing days with the family in the heart of Tuscany.

The pool is beautiful, the animals are adorable, and the property is tucked among olive trees with stunning scenery, privacy and a great location, plus the staff are helpful. We stayed in the Leccio unit and could have used some outdoor lighting for al‑fresco dining; the place is lovely but could use a few updates, like modernising the somewhat dated bathrooms.
The surroundings are nice. The mattresses are old, there's no mosquito netting, no air conditioning, and the fans were broken. Maintenance and care are lacking.

We really liked the room sizes and the communal spaces. The private pool was a huge bonus with the outside facilities and the surroundings were beautiful!. I know it's a very old property but the bathroom facilities probably need updating and air conditioning would have been nice although they do have fans in each room. Beds were a little uncomfortable
The property is gorgeous, quiet, and everyone on staff is lovely. The house is spacious, but overall it could use some updates. The beds are far from comfortable, and it was scorching inside. Normally it would feel pleasant, but with this year's extreme heat it was tough.
