Best Western PLUS Inn of Hayward

Everything was perfect—very clean and pretty. I loved the location, everything was flawless, no complaints about the hotel.

“Great location.”

Walking in, the greeting set a great tone; the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, and the ladies did a great job throughout. I loved that this was the first Best Western Plus I’d seen with a custom‑made waffle iron shaped like a heart with the BW in the middle—it was everything! They also gave each guest earplugs because the hotel is by the freeway, which was very considerate. The only problem was my key card didn’t work when the doors were closed at night to enter the hallway for ice; it was probably a glitch, but I had access during the day to get ice.

“Came in for a concert and we picked this location. Their pillow aren’t comfortable so bring your own and the last night”

The hotel is right off the freeway, which was convenient. The rooms were spacious.

“It was a good stay”

It was okay, not bad. The fridge wasn’t very cold, and we had key‑card problems, but the staff were really great.
