The rooms were nice, offering a view of the surrounding paddy fields and Paro Dzong, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. However, the breakfast and dining options were limited, and the room maintenance didn’t match the price.

The room was spacious and had a balcony, but there was no daily cleaning unless requested. The same staff who cleaned also served food, flies were plentiful, and there was no elevator.

The accommodations were very nice and the location was central, close to everything in town. The staff were very helpful, the menu was very good, but the rooms could use hooks for hanging towels.

The location was good with lovely views from some rooms. The greeting was lovely, and the room was well‑appointed with a free mini‑bar (which we didn’t use). I asked for an early check‑out at 4:45, was told reception was open 24 hrs but the hotel was locked, and had to wake the staff. The taxi we booked didn’t show, but the manager kindly came to pick us up. I slept, but my wife and child were kept awake by barking dogs all night, which is part of being near the centre of Paro.
