There were roaches in the room, and the kitchen floor was sticky with roaches.

The place was very clean, the staff were friendly, there was plenty of secure parking, and the hot breakfast was good.

The service was very pleasant, with extra towels and coffee provided, the front desk was helpful, the property was overall very clean, and the location had many great shops and restaurants nearby.
