The location is very good—very close to the old town. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The three‑person room and bathroom were large. Breakfast was nice with various options (eggs, bread, cold cuts). There is no elevator—stairs to the second floor. The bathroom lacks a towel rack or storage for toiletries, and the view from the room faces a courtyard.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well located. The stairs to the rooms make it difficult to carry luggage up, and I didn’t see this in the photos.

The hotel is conveniently located, the staff are polite, friendly and helpful, and there were no issues with late check‑in. However, there is no lift; if your room is on the first or second floor it’s fine, but if it’s on the top floor and you have a heavy suitcase it becomes inconvenient.

El alojamiento es muy bonito, está muy bien mantenido, las habitaciones están muy limpias y se logra un gran descanso, destacó que en el desayuno hubiera comida libre de gluten. No tiene ascensor
