The Branson Waterpark Hotel

Location and staff were great. Only 1 slide and the outdoor pool was open, and mold was all over the wooden surfaces in the room.

The access to the water park, the gift shop and the location. The nice and courteous young lady employee at the waterpark doors!. The staff was slow and overwhelmed at check in and not much better during the stay. Staff indifferent about requests or concerns

“Our stay could’ve been better but it also could’ve been worse. The staff was great”

The property is pretty close to everything so that was nice. It was partly my fault but when we booked our stay for Memorial Day weekend (Sunday‑Tuesday) I didn’t realize that the waterpark was only open Fri‑Sun. The person at the front desk was helpful and nice and did offer for us to check out a day early but we decided to stay. When we walked into our room there was a green Coke bottle top in the floor and a candy wrapper on the nightstand, other than that it seemed clean at first but at first impressions it didn’t appear to be clean. I also was not a fan of when our air would kick on it would smell like weed and the elevator also smelled like cigarettes. Neither my husband or I smoke and had to explain to our two children what those smells were. I was not aware the hotel allowed dogs, a dog down the hall from us barked frequently throughout the night. Our kids had fun and that was the main point, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
