The facilities and cleanliness were good, but the bed was very uncomfortable. It opened in the middle and made it impossible to sleep comfortably.

The hotel looks great and feels brand new. The staff were very friendly. The pool and sauna area added extra value, and breakfast was super complete. The room even had a mini‑fridge. The only thing I’d point out is that the staircase in the pool area needs maintenance; it’s loose and noisy, almost as if it might give way. A reminder sign for guests to keep the pool zone relaxed would help, since many people shout on their phones or video call, which is a shame.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location was fantastic, just two blocks from the beach. Breakfast was excellent and full. I enjoyed my stay. The pool stairs are unsafe—they shift in all directions. The pool requires a reservation, but no one checks that guests who have already used their slot actually leave. This is easily fixable and didn’t ruin my stay.

The only issue was a lack of cleaning in the mini‑fridge and the pool water; otherwise everything was fine.
