The reception, all staff in every service, the villa, restaurants, bars, breakfast, and the whole establishment are highly recommended and a very beautiful stop; nothing was missing, everything was perfect.

Everything was amazing and special, an exceptional resort with outstanding services, very helpful and cooperative staff, delicious restaurants with enchanting views, and a clean beach—definitely a repeat stay. The location is relatively far from Oulouato center and requires a car.

The hotel looks gorgeous and our villa was a real treat; the staff were fantastic and made us feel right at home. Unfortunately, both of us got food poisoning after eating oysters at Akasa, and I was seriously ill for over a week. I asked for a refund for that dinner multiple times, and although the hotel kept promising to follow up, I still haven’t received any refund or a clear resolution, so I’ve had to keep chasing them. That lack of follow‑through on such a serious incident was deeply disappointing and has marred an otherwise lovely stay.
