Clean, comfortable beds. The noise level is high; neighbors moved and were loud until late at night, but that’s hard to influence.

Really good price, a peaceful place, no noise. Everything needed for a short stay is available. 10 points for the note about not drinking alcohol (or maybe) with Bible lines. The scent of mice is definitely present, but not so bad that staying is impossible. The kitchen sink has a rotten smell and the kettle has been unused for a while.
