Everyone working here is very nice, but the absence of breakfast would have been a nice added touch; otherwise, for the price, the hotel is pretty darn good.

The breakfast was good, but the towels were extremely low quality, the worst I've seen.

The staff were lovely but unresponsive to complaints, and I was only in contact with the PMS, so my view is limited. The pool and gym were apparently good size, but I never used them. I arrived on a Wednesday, took a shower that night, and didn't notice anything except that the hand soap and conditioner were missing. On my second night, before bed, I found there was no shower curtain. I called the front desk, complained, and was told the evening manager would talk to housekeeping in the morning because they weren't there in the PM. While I was in the shower without a curtain, the bathroom lights went off—motion sensors didn't trigger, and I mentioned that too. The next two evenings I returned with nothing resolved. I intended to address it with the manager in the morning, but time constraints kept me from doing so. After four nights, still no shower curtain, conditioner, or hand soap—ridiculous! If I hadn't paid all upfront, I would have demanded a partial refund. The bed felt a bit lumpy, and I slept in the middle. BW Dixon/Davis on Commercial Room 103—do you actually follow up on these?

“Absolutely Fabulous”

Loved the pool and hot tub; the staff were very friendly and nice, and I definitely will stay again when I'm in the area.
