Nice hotel if you can avoid the first floor, where 8 rooms face the parking lot. The hotel was full and we ended up with the worst room on the lowest level, with a view of our car in the parking lot.

The staff are helpful and friendly, but the hotel is very old, the carpet needs to be changed, there’s no microwave in the room, and the breakfast service is confusing.

The hotel looks nicer than the photos show; breakfast was super tasty and the staff were helpful. It’s located on a retail/business park with a few chain restaurants nearby, not too far from the nicer part of Kelowna. The bed was super comfy and the rooms were big.
