The property is beautiful with a wonderful atmosphere, excellent service, and stunning views. The location is fantastic—very convenient and perfectly placed for enjoying Plettenberg Bay. We had a lovely stay and would happily return.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with its luxurious and stylish design, comfortable beds, and lovely pool loungers. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the beach, which was beautiful. The food quality was great, and I enjoyed dining with a view. However, I did find the room to be noisy due to the hallway, and the menu system for dinner felt a bit inflexible, as I had to choose 24 hours in advance and couldn't select dessert on the same day.

I appreciated the modern amenities and convenient location of this hotel, but I didn't feel a strong sense of warmth or homeliness during my stay. Additionally, I was surprised to find that many extras came at an additional cost, which felt different from other hotels I've stayed at.
