The cleaning was awful, the service was bad, and the vibe was terrible—charged for a 5‑star hotel but the room felt like a hostel. No elevator, no water, dirty bathroom; it felt like a scam. The place was a hostel turned hotel, staff were untrained, and the whole experience was a disaster.
