“Une expérience désastreuse et des photos trompeuses”

What a let‑down! The listing photos are far from what we actually found. We chose this B&B to enjoy the garden, but the outdoor area was completely neglected: uncut lawn, broken items scattered everywhere, broken children’s toys, and general mess. It had nothing to do with the pleasant, welcoming setting shown in the pictures. Feeling comfortable in such a neglected garden, which looks more like a storage space than a traveler’s area, is impossible. And that’s not all. From the moment we entered, a nauseating smell from the hosts’ shoes greeted us. The common areas also reeked of dampness. The atmosphere was particularly unpleasant, far from what one rightfully expects from a B&B. The room itself was fine, but that alone couldn’t salvage the stay. We voiced our disappointment and requested a commercial gesture, but the hosts simply refused to make any effort. A truly bad experience, with misleading photos, lack of maintenance, and no consideration for guests. We sincerely regret this booking and strongly advise against this establishment for anyone looking for a clean, pleasant, and accurate place.

“Very pleasant stop off, great value for money and the bonus of a delicious meal”

A lovely rustic spot as a stop‑off from the UK to Bordeaux. The evening meal was home‑cooked and great value. The pool was lovely. Nothing else to note.

Very good reception despite our late arrival. The pool was nice after hours of driving in the heat. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. The bedding was very comfortable. Thank you.

I absolutely loved this place. It was so special and unlike anywhere I had ever stayed before. The beautiful surroundings, peaceful atmosphere and unique character made the whole experience feel really memorable. The owner and family were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I loved how calm and peaceful everything felt! It was genuinely such a lovely experience, and I would 100% come back just to experience it again.
