The accommodation quality is amazing—super new and spotless, which I can’t say about other places I’ve stayed at before. Coffee shops are within reach, and the area is safe and great for walking.

The place was a great spot to relax after watching the Americas Cup.

The structure is welcoming and the accommodation is modern. The environment is clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the staff are attentive and helpful.

The location and amenities were good. Breakfast each day consisted of a croissant or something sweet and juice; coffee was from a Nespresso machine, available 24/7, but there was no service. A minibar was present. The host refused to help me when I accidentally booked for two people instead of one, repeatedly telling me to sort it out with Booking. After several contacts with Booking, who also asked for the host’s confirmation regarding the price difference for a refund, she was superficially friendly but refused help when I really needed it. She also demanded a €50 deposit and withheld €4 without explanation, which I don’t understand.

The area’s safety, the spacious outdoor garden, the shower, mattress, interior lights, and modern design were positives. The fridge was small, the exterior light cannot be turned off and bothers me at night, the terrace is a bit dirty and lacks privacy with the adjacent room, and the room and bathroom are small, although they appear larger in the photos.
