The location was great, but the room fell short.
“Desesperadora”
The staff were kind, even if not fully trained, and did what they could to welcome us. We had requested an extra bed in the reservation, yet it was not provided, with a very late notice. On the first day we arrived, there was a maggot on the floor. The minibar smelled like death, the room had old paint and a bad odor. The towels didn't dry. There were many mosquitoes on the property, and the place smelled very bad because of the cats and dogs that live there. When I got home, I felt dirty.
I loved the location.
“Bom”
The location was good, but the parking was a hassle.
“Sem nenhum conforto”
The host is delightful and attends wonderfully, but the inn itself doesn't live up to the pictures.
