The room was charming and the location was great. The check‑in was a nightmare; the door lock didn’t work, so we had to wait almost an hour before we could access our room. Only the main overhead lights worked—none of the other lamps on the side were functional. At the very least they should have offered a place to sit and a drink while they fixed the problems.

Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for the dinner we had planned at dans le noir. The bath was amazing, and the bed was huge and comfy. Nothing else to complain about—it was all great. Staying another night would have been lovely.

I loved the room and the facilities; it felt a little more special than most places nearby. The stairs were tricky with a heavy suitcase, and there was normal city noise, but that was only on the first night. The room’s loveliness made up for the sleepless night.

The location is amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room is truly large and comfortable. We will definitely book here again. I can’t think of anything negative!
