There were no outdoor areas where we could relax.

The room was well equipped and the breakfast was good. One of the rooms had mold around the bathtub, and the otherwise modern room was in a poor state.

I appreciated the free parking and breakfast, but the beds felt a bit too firm for my liking. Arriving late because of traffic made it hard to get my room; the staff were not very chatty and rather unfriendly, especially in the evening and during breakfast.

The place was charming and ideal for getting to Lake Iseo and the Franciacorta wineries, but the reception was closed with no staff to greet us; the door displayed two phone numbers, and after calling we were guided over the phone about what to do and where to go, we had a plentiful breakfast that only we could enjoy because the hotel was otherwise closed, the next morning the shower only gave cold water so we gave our daughter a quick rinse in the bidet, and the TV was impossible to see.
