The bartender was nice and friendly, and the overall vibe of the hotel was very cool. The pool was extremely crowded, with people shoulder‑to‑shoulder inside and outside, and it wasn’t big enough for all guests. The crowds were loud and most of them didn’t seem to be guests.

I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. It is advertised as pet-friendly, but when we arrived with our cat, we were told that the hotel only accepts dogs and were refused check-in. This policy was not made clear beforehand. To make matters worse, it then took nearly a month of repeated calls and follow-ups to receive a refund. During that time, the hotel was extremely unresponsive to my requests. I would not recommend booking this hotel, especially if you are traveling with a pet. The misleading pet policy and poor communication made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful

The outdoor area overlooking the lake was lovely. We stayed out until very late, enjoying the view from the deck chairs with drinks from the bar. The on‑site bar and nearby restaurants were convenient. The room was beautiful and had modern amenities. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Laundry facilities were available. The pool was a reasonable size. Parking was easy. The TV offered great streaming options. No complaints at all—we loved it here!
