The entire hotel complex was very beautiful, but the buffet was overly chaotic, and the selection and presentation of dishes were not great.

A very large yet incredibly beautiful hotel with a fantastic garden, many pools, and excellent food; however, the ban on reserving pool loungers is strictly enforced, and the staff try hard to enforce it, but with limited success.

The hotel’s layout was nice, but the family‑friendly promises fell short; kids were allowed, yet the staff seemed indifferent to their needs. The kids’ disco, billed as 30 minutes, only ran for 20 and repeated the same tracks daily, and there was no playground at all.
