“Would stay elsewhere next time”
I recently had a mixed experience at a budget-friendly hotel, which started off on the right foot due to its affordable rates and a heater that worked quietly. However, things took a turn for the worse when I discovered that the property's 24-hour front desk policy was actually a misrepresentation. Despite this, the hotel's customer service team was responsive and helpful, eventually backing down on their initial stance and allowing us to check in late.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. From start to finish, everything about my stay was seamless and enjoyable.
