The view from our room and the good value were highlights. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel itself had a nice renovation. The noise was a problem: we were in a room under the restaurant, and there was music, singing, and conversations late into the night, plus dogs that barked all night without pause. We expected quiet but didn’t get it. The guys at the restaurant were friendly, but the woman at reception and the breakfast staff need to change jobs or learn to smile; she does her job but offers no welcoming smile. Breakfast was average.
