The rooms were big and spacious. The guest relations team were very accommodating for a guest with an allergy. The à la carte restaurants on site were lovely and much needed to mix it up from the main buffet restaurant.

“Not safe avoid this hotel, Money was stolen from my in-room safe on my first day”

I was robbed on the first day of my stay; a large sum of cash vanished from the safe in my room even though I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign up. Whoever did it only took part of the money, probably so I wouldn’t notice immediately, and it felt like a calculated, professional theft rather than a random act. There was no forced entry and no evidence left behind. Instead of taking the matter seriously and checking who has access to rooms and safes, the hotel threatened legal action against me for speaking out, ignoring the real issue. If you’re booking here, don’t assume your belongings are safe just because they’re in the room safe—keep valuables on you or avoid the hotel altogether.

Everything was excellent—from cleanliness and comfort to the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. We felt very welcome and enjoyed every moment here, and we’ll definitely return with pleasure. We have nothing to criticize; everything was superb and we were very satisfied with our stay.
