I stayed in an old hotel that was dirty and not clean; the pillows were dirty, the bed was dirty, and the roof was leaking.

The two men at the front desk, Richard and the guy I called “Punjab” because I couldn’t pronounce his name, were extremely helpful and made my stay very comfortable.
