I was greeted with a friendly welcome and the property was pet‑friendly, offering a separate parking spot for the car at night behind a closed gate, plus a complimentary tasting. The beds were uncomfortable and the steep staircase made it tough for older or less mobile guests.

The location was nice and the staff were pleasant. Champagne tasting was available if you didn’t arrive late. No complaints.

The bath linens were good, but there was no warm welcome, no working Wi‑Fi (the password didn’t work), two TVs had no channels, several lights were broken or partially working, the bed linens and mattress were uncomfortable, and the fire safety seemed questionable.

We loved the space and the fact that we were on a champagne estate. We were offered a free tasting and took the self‑guided tour of their small champagne house. The courtyard and bar were lovely during the day, and even more so at night when the bar was closed and we had it to ourselves. Parking was very secure, the village was gorgeous, the host was lovely, and we could bring our dog. I was really impressed and would definitely return. The bed was also very comfortable!
