Sve super, od samog hotela, usluge, gostoprimstva samo riječi hvale. Hrana raznovrsna i odlična. Ima za svakog ko šta želi, da bira. Osoblje jako ljubazno i susretljivo. Hotel čist, uredan. SPA centar extra uredno cisto, znači sve za ocjenu 10

Izuzetno čisto, vrlo ljubazno osoblje, dovoljno hrane, dostupno je i sveže voće, slate, imaju u vidu i vegeterijansku ishranu i vreme posta. Ventilaja u lobby baru bi trebala da bude jača, prozori se ne otvaraju na kip

Szép, modern hotel. A szoba tiszta volt, a személyzet kedves. Jó volt a reggeli étel választék, a wellness részleg is OK volt. A vacsoraidő végefelé érkeztünk, az ételek egy része már nem volt meleg

“Barely worth the off-season price”

Overall Cleanliness was outstanding! Pool is big(long) enough to swim in, and Spa had all that we wanted. We obviously hit the period with lower hotel occupancy, so we had an entire spa four ourselves, every day of our stay. This is what made our stay worth the price. Staff was really helpfull and polite. Bathroom in our room was nice and clean. Rooms appear modern, but. Bed was extremly uncomfortable. Poor-quality, cheap bedding and pillows. TV outdated. No place to put the suitcase on. There is no soundproofing. No aircondition. Refrigerated display case is not a refrigerator. Buffet breakfast had a variety of dishes (which is nice) but every single dish was based either on pure sugar, either on fat and grease. Buffet dinner was unacceptably poor; breakfast leftovers, and cold main dishes, either tasteless or dipped in curry. Parking "across the street" is not a hotel parking! It is not safe, and it has no safe and marked street crossing. We couldn't switch the lights off in the room without taking the card key out. Too much stairs, corridors like a labyrinth. People with reduced mobility shouldn't consider this hotel. The saddest thing is that this is probably the best hotel in Kopaonik
