ACHTUNG: Dieses Hotel existiert nicht mehr! Dennoch nimmt noch Anfragen dafür an. Ich kämpfe gerade darum, mein Geld zurück zu erhalten, nachdem sich hier Hotel und die Plattform Booking gegenseitig versuchen, verantwortlich zu machen. Das Hotel ist leer! Wir standen davor, alles verrammelt und verriegelt, Mobiliar zT vor der Tür! Eine telefonische Rückmeldung des Hotels, die Plattform booking sei informiert und würde das Geld selbst behalten, wurde vom Booking Kundenservice nicht bestätigt. The location was decent. The place was dirty and not cleaned properly.
The bathroom was old, worn, and dirty, and the fridge was filthy!

I only booked this place for a single-night layover, and if I had stayed longer it would have been a bad decision. The kitchen staff were unhelpful, the refrigerator in the apartment was broken on arrival, and no one was available to replace it; the owner even told us to replace the heavy fridge ourselves, which was absurd and very inconvenient. The Wi‑Fi was also broken and never worked properly during our stay. The service and facilities were far below what we expected, and the price didn’t match what we received.

I paid for accommodation but received no service at all. The location is disastrous and even dangerous; never book here. There was no help, and when I tried to contact the manager by phone I never got a response.
